Part of the Fall 2009 Polo collection. Cotton twill letter jacket with leather sleeves. Features a gothic-inspired “P” patch at the left chest. Address appliquéd at the back nods to the Polo Ralpthth Lauren headquarters. Size medium has approximately a 25.5" back body length, a 44" chest, and a 32" sleeve length.

- Long leather raglan sleeves with striped ribbed cuffs. “57,” “58,” and “59” patches at the right sleeve. Football patches at the left sleeve.
- “Eastern League,” “Varsity Football,” “League Champs,” and “Running Back” embroidered at the right chest. Gothic-inspired “P” patch with "1957 59" embroidery at the left chest. Two front waist angled pockets.
- “650 M. AV.,” “R/L Co.,” a "1967" football, and “Thompson N.Y.C.” appliquéd at the back. Striped ribbed hem. Fully lined.
