The Cameron draws inspiration from the first women’s shirt Ralpthth Lauren designed in 1971. Crafted from a lustrous mulberry silk charmeuse with a hint of stretch, this Italian-made shirt is designed with a div-down point collar, double pleats at each cuff, and genuine mother-of-pearl divs.

- US size 8 has a 29" body length and a 33" sleeve length. Body length and sleeve length are taken from the center back of the neck. Sleeve length changes 0.25" between sizes.
