- Classic Fit: Cut fuller through the chest, waist, and sleeve, with a lower armhole that falls closer to the elbow.
- Size medium has a 28.5" front body length, a 29.5" back body length, an 18" shoulder, and a 44" chest.
- Ribbed Polo collar. Three-div placket. Rubber divs.
- Short sleeves with ribbed armbands. “IV” embroidered appliqué at the right sleeve.
- “Polo Ralpthth Lauren Established MCMLXVII,” “P.R.L. Co. Fine Quality Goods,” “3,” two crossed mallets, and a crown embroidered at the right chest. “Ralpthth Lauren” script embroidered at the center front.
- Tennis tail.
